This event is all about READING, HAVING FUN, and THINKING CRITICALLY!
Students will read their assigned books throughout the school year, then come to ESU 10 to compete in challenges that promote thinking and demonstrate their understanding of what they have read. Teams of 6 will compete to win their division and competition category.

Writing
Writing
Students go beyond the book to make connections to characters and the stories they read through creative
writing. They will think deeply about characters, consider alternative storylines, and connect the ideas they develop to the book.
Reading
Reading
Students bring books to life through a variety of medias. Using their creativity, they will provide an immersive experience to the judges that helps showcase their understanding of the books they read.
Technical/Tech
Technical/Tech
Students will use creativity, designing, and technology to provide representations of the book they read. Highlighing key details in new ways, they will show that they understand the heart of the books.
